Because of the vastness of offerings from this country, it is no wonder that more and more people make it a point to visit this destination.

The main Costa Rican attraction is the beaches, which are some of the best beaches in the world. For those who want to experience a different kind of nightlife, this is one of the places that provide excellent entertainment as well.

One other place that travelers head off to in this part of the world is Jac Beach which has bars and casinos that are open all night long. By going to Playa Grande, you can take in everything that nature has to offer. Rafting is one of the many popular activities for those who are a bit more adventurous than others. Turrialba and Sarapiqui River are two of the popular rafting areas in the country and there is another location called Toro River which is also pretty sick.

Here is where fishing is another great thing to try out. If you want to do other things, give diving a try when you travel here. These activities are only the water related ones mind you.

In this part of Central America, bike routes reign supreme with courses passing through volcanoes and mountains. When it comes to this, you will surely like the paths passing through the Turrialba Volcano foothills. Another bikers' favorite is around Lake Arenal.

If you happen to find yourself in Costa Rica, you will surely have a lot of things to engage in. Do consider traveling for more than a week.
